We understand that even the best product couldn’t fit into every industry perfectly. Every merchant has his own special needs. Therefore we provide our clients with custom development services including alteration and tailoring of existing functionality for all official releases of Merchant One. Over the past years, we helped a lot of our clients customize their platform to suit their needs. At the meantime, we learned from them and perfected our products and service. Merchant One grows with our clients!
A Merchant One customization project typically consists of a few stages:
Requirements Analyse
Upon receiving your request, one of our sales representatives
involves into communication with you and settles all the details
of desired functionality. During discussion of project
specification our sales engineer will help you make an exact
list of requirements which will include every detail that is
necessary to create. After details are settled, sales
representative will inform you about the cost of your project
and the exact timeframe for performing custom programming. Upon
your agreement, we sign a contract and we issue an invoice for
you to make a payment of deposit.
Development
When your deposit is received, our development team starts
working on your project. During this process, the project
manager will report to you regularly (normally once a week) to
keep you up to date with the progress.
Approval/ Deployment
Once the development is done, we will ask you to examine the
work on a live store. Should you have any comments, we will
adjust the work upon your request, just to make sure everything
is as you wanted. When we have your approval, we will help you
deploy the custom project on your server. This process also
includes careful testing of all new features and basic store
functionality.
Report
When the project is completed and we have your final payments,
our project manage will submit a final report of the project.
This report shows you which files and code portions of your shopping cart were modified. All modified files are backed up into report archive. Also, the report contains the requirement analyse we made at initial stage.
